How do I start working on 'SHOW?

I have issues with my upload. What do I do?
Uploading your videos is the main step you need to do to start working on SHOW. If you face problems while uploading the video, Don't Worry! We have consolidated a list of common issues and solutions that you might face while uploading your video. You can check the list here.

My video upload is taking too much time. Please Help!
The Video upload time might vary depending on the video's quality and its running time (time duration). You might wonder why! The reason behind this is we will be generating exciting quality proxies and thumbnails for you. So Fret not!

Can I make changes to my video?
Of course, you can! We have many features that can be used to customize your videos. You can know more by going to the Customization Panel page.

How can I change my credit card bills?
You can just add your credit card by replacing the existing credit card. You can know how here.

How do I change my subscriptions and plans??
We have a provision where you can upgrade or downgrade your plans and subscriptions depending on your requirements. You can learn how to do so by checking out our Plans & Subscriptions page.

I want to cancel my subscription.
You can cancel your existing subscription by just clicking the 'Cancel Your Subscription' button in your Plans & Subscription menu. Learn how to cancel your subscription here.

I want to grow my team and add members. How do I do it?
As your company grows, you might have to grow your team. You can do it in your Teams menu as shown here.

Show me how to change the role of my team member.
You can assign different roles to each of your team members. Learn how to here.

One of my colleagues left our company and I want to remove that member from my team. How do I do it?
You can do so by removing the member from your team members list as shown here.
