What a viewer needs to know
OVERVIEW
We, at SHOW app, want all our customers and their viewers to enjoy all that we offer in our app. We want to equip all our users with the right information before they embark on a smooth journey with us. We have listed a few things that we think will be a big help to all our users to start off with.

You might wonder how does a viewer see our video player. It is just a simple design with no frills to confuse you.

SUPPORTED OPERATING SYSTEMS
You don't have to worry about anything here. We actually support all the available Operating Systems, including Mac OS, Windows, and Linux. However, you might face problems with Operating Systems not supported by Windows, like Windows XP, Windows 8, etc.
SUPPORTED INTERNET BROWSERS
The SHOW app will play your videos on any internet browser available, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, and Edge. However, you might face problems with outdated Internet Explorers.

SUPPORTED MOBILE OS
We do support most mobile devices since most of them support HTML5. The SHOW app can be played on all devices with the latest OS, including Android phones & tablets, iPhones, and iPads.
YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION
We usually recommend at least an internet speed of 1Mbps (1Megabytes per second) for smooth and stable video playback. However, for an HD-quality video, we recommend an internet speed of more than 5Mbps.
