OVERVIEW
It is every video marketer's dream to get a pulse and feel of what their audience is looking for and the best way to get that is to conduct a survey/poll of their videos.
This is exactly what our Survey and Poll feature is designed to do, helping all video content developers and marketers know what their audience and future customers want and adapt accordingly, if necessary.
You can use our Survey/Poll feature for the same purpose as any other survey. You can test your videos on a small set of viewers and then use their opinions to anticipate how a larger audience would react to your video.
HOW TO CREATE A SURVEY/POLL?
We have made all our processes simple enough for anyone to use. You can add a Survey/Poll to your video by just following the steps below.
The first one is reaching the Customize Option panel, as you can see in this video.

Once you reach the Customize Option menu, select the Survey/Poll feature, as shown below.

You will be taken to the Survey/Poll menu where you can Add a Card, select how you want your viewer to view the survey/poll, and whether you plan to provide your viewer with an option to skip the poll or not.

ADD THE RIGHT SURVEY/POLL
The next step for you is to select the right card for your survey/poll.
When you click the Add Card button, you are given four different ways to present your survey/poll to your audience. Each option is specified for a specific purpose.
Different Card Options
Multiple Choice
This Poll Card type will allow you to give multiple-choice options for your Poll Question where your viewer can select only one answer, as shown below.

Checkboxes
This card type will allow your viewer to select more than one answer for the poll question you pose.
Check Box Card Type
Text Box
This card type can be used for the poll questions where you might need descriptive answers.

Rating
This card type allows your viewer to use the rating system for the specific poll question.

HOW WILL IT LOOK?
Your viewers will have a greater chance to do the survey/poll depending on how you present it to them. We have created the following viewing options for your survey/poll so as to get the most out of it.

Inline View
In the Inline View, your survey/poll takes over the whole video screening area.
PopOver View
As the name suggests, your poll question will appear as a small pop window on the right side of the screen.
You can see how each Card Type will look when we select the different views.

USEFUL POINTERS
We do have a surprise for you here, you can have multiple surveys or polls placed at different times of your video. This will help you have a separate poll for different subject matter or events in the video. You can do it in either of the two ways.
