Did you face a problem while uploading your video to the SHOW app?
Don't Worry, we are there to help you out. We have anticipated some of the commonly caused upload problems and the solutions for them.
So if you are facing problems while uploading your video, you can try the following tips.
TIP #1: CHECK YOUR VIDEO
The first thing you can check if your video falls under the following conditions:

Make sure your video's size is less than 25GB.

Make sure your video is any of the following video types,
TIP #2: CLEAR YOUR BROWSER CACHE
The next thing you can do is to clear your Internet browser cache. This is a common cause for most of our uploading problems. All you need to do is clear up the cache, or the temporary internet files, from the following places in the internet browser that you are using,

| MOZILLA FIREFOX | All Operating Systems | Click '*Firefox*', go to *Preference*, select the *Privacy & Security* menu. In the *Cookies and Site Data* section, click the **Clear Data** button. |
| SAFARI | Mac Users | Go to '*Preferences*' in the Safari drop-down menu and go to the *Advanced* tab. Here select the *Show develop menu in menu bar* checkbox. Then go to the '*Develop Menu*' and click **Empty Cache** |
TIP #3: CHECK YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION
Your Internet Connection has proven to be the culprit in most cases. It might need a reset. All you need to do is restart your router (wireless or wired). It could be just that your connection needs a good reset to handle your video upload and give it a good push. :)
